barnsley have stolen sammy lee from me!
need a cheap decent assistant manager, good at man management and motivating please.

i picked up someone after placing an advert, and made sure they had good man management and motivating, as i wanting him to handle team talks. i've monitored how effective he's been, and have been completely dissappointed. almost 100% of the time there is no change noted, and ocassionally he demotivates players. are there other stats i should be looking at too?
