Set up your tactic nicely, select your favorite players and then go on holiday for 1 day. Make sure though you select an assistant manager who is class, one you think is tactically very good. Seems to work whenever I play big teams.

This tactic does not require much reading, not much football belief or knowledge but is just the coldest tactics I have ever made. I put this tactic here for those of you who wants to see the other side of tactics in the game. Also, it works on home games.
