well, i would say, if there youngsters, try bring in someone kinda old like in there 30's someone who will know the game well with alot of experiance, you can then go to the younger player and click player interaction and if there young enough at the bottom should be the link player, this will enable you to say to the player he should adapt to how X players...
in my situation i have;
Alberto Beuno being tutored by David Villa
there both spanish players
and after a while they both will be as good as each other
i bought Alberto Beuno from Real Madrid Cestllia for 18mil
and David Villa From Valencia for 80mil
however, for this to work, you need a player of the same postion
so GK - Gk ect
