Default slight problem with my defence...
having trouble with long balls over my full backs. Have reduced forward runs and crossing to deep but still getting caught out. Any help?

Try whacking barrows on them so they move back into the sweeper role

Also have your wingers close down heavily but tackle easy so they will simply block the cross and not dive in

The long cross over full backs is a typical sign of low anticipation,Posisition and teamwork.
