I recently started a new game with Juventus and decided to rejig my non-playing staff. They had two fitness coaches who were both fairly poor fitness wise but decent enough in other departments so I gave them contracts as regular coaches and replaced them with 1 fitness coach for nothing who is quite good. I promoted one of my youth team coaches to avoid having to sign another defensive coach and fired another as he had 'young players' of 3 (!). Problem is I'm struggling to replace the youth coaches, the only people available who would be great with the kids are either poached to be full coaches or are only interested in being full coaches. There's a guy at Spurs I could get for £40k who has 20's for young players and technique, but refuses to be purely a youth coach. Would it have an adeverse effect if I don't have specialist youth coaches? I know it will cost a lot more if they are all full coaches...
