Rep Power: 0 | Replacement for Pato
In the year 2009 (start of 09/10 season), I am Sunderland in the CL and after 1 season Pato is unhappy as every tom, dick and harry has put bids in for him. Could anyone recommend a replacement who plays well with Eddie Johnson. I reckon i will have approx £12-15 max to spend, thats if I get £10 million for Pato (he is currently worth £7m) cheers in advance

I've never had Pato...someone got him before i had enough money to bid for him...but apparantly he becomes one of he best strikers in the game so letting him go for £10M sounds a atad cheap.
If you do sell him though check out:
Jo (He plays well with Eddie for my Villa team...got 30 goals last season with Johnson getting 20 or so)
Vela
Benzema
Benthdner (sp?)
C.Delgado
Falcao-He's probs at a massive club now but have a look anyway.

i have decided not to sell, and hopefully if i can stay near the top of the league and do well in CL he will regain his happiness.

cheers for the advice, played till after transfer window has shut, his morale is superb but he is still unhappy and no where near what he was last season, but to be fair neither is the team, still in top 4 but we aint playing the footy i would like. Roll on january when it all starts again.
