Fabregas' minimum fee release clause is £21M a bargain i say. I am definately going to get him.

The only thing is i need a top quality well known DM.

Does Fabregas adjust well to this position or should i not bother playing him as a DM?

Fabregas is okay at DM but you would be so foolish if you wasted his Cm talents. Possibly the best CM in the game. Get Denilson for DM

I've got Raul Garcia as CM and he is immense it would be sick and dumb of me to drop him.

I might get Alonso for DM.
Buy Fabregas and rotate the 3 of them.

Changing from a 4-1-3-2 to a 4-4-2 and back again to keep the opposition guessing.

in theory,fabregas could be a pirlo-like defensive midfielder,just sitting back and playing long passes through.

Yes george777 except fabregas's long shots and freekicks are nowhere near as good as pirlo (in 08 his long shots and finishing shld be improved) - so he can't be as godlike as pirlo as DM. He doesn't have pirlo's godlike PPMs either.
