It isn't poor, but I've seen better from you. The text isn't amazing but on the good side the render is blended in well. Perhaps a few sideways stripes on the background would work better with the background than the diamonds too, it would work with the line underneath the text too.

It's good, but I don't like the smudging on his hair. Perhaps just cut it out.
