Has anyone come across this guy in there game. He plays for PSV and is also part of the Holland Under 21 team.

You can get him for quite a cheap price and his value quickly goes up. By the end of the 1st season all the bigs team begin to enquire about him.

i signed him on loan for norwich in fist season and was useless but!
next season he went to blackburn for 600k and scored 11 in 35 which isnt great but good enough

i got him in 3rd season, and he is 19 at the time. 4 th season, sent him on loan to aston villa and has 10 goals in first 9 games

yep, i get at the start of the game if i'm with a big enough team. i bought him with A.Villa, sent him on loan, did great in the scottish league, kept him next year, and was great. scored about 15-20 goals in that year, scored around 25 in the next season and his stats are AMAZING eventually.
