i am thinin about buying hifabregas but does anyone agree hes very underrated if anyone has bought him does he turn out good

He's not under-rated mate. Its just that any player playing in the MC position doesnt usually get high ratings for some reason. Its just a bloody bug in the game and nothing else. With Cesc, you'll probably see him getting 6's and 7's and some 8's but he usually controls the whole midfield for me. His passing percentage is usually hovering around 90% which is brilliant.

As for how good he gets, he pretty much remains as is when you start the game. Some of the stats do change a little but not too much. His speed and acceleration increase to 14 each though (its 13 & 11 at the start which is a little bit of a worry). But yeah, great player. Wont come cheap though.
