Hey, once the patch comes out, I plan to start a game with a big Eastern European side. I am deciding between Shaktar Donetsk and CSKA Moscow.
1. Has anyone been either of these teams?
2. If so, who are good players to buy and what are the restrictions of the leagues?
3. Can you suggest a different team? I want one of the best teams from one of the best Eastern European leagues. That's why I picked CSKA and Shakhtar.
am shakhtar at the mo only just started my game tho u get loads of money and thye have some decent players ,you also get some good players who will come to you ive got vdv,briand,kompany,breno,modric and 1 or 2 other players coming should be easy to win the league but its winning the cl thats the challenge. is the patch coming out on feb 1st or will it be later?
Also playing as Shakhtar. Expectations are high, you have to literally win everything bar the CL, but £40m to spend is nice.
Bought myself VDV, Cassani, Felipe, Menez, loads of players who'll come good in time. A small problem is this; you have to have 4 Ukranian players in your side at all times in the league. As there aren't that many good players from there, I found it worth investing in a very good DM called Tymoshuck (Ukranian Captain) for a ridiculous £10m, but the fans love him and he's as good as they get bar Sheva and Voronin, neither of whom would come.
