Hey, I'm Yeovil manager in my third season, took Yeovil up through playoffs to Championship, and just saved them from relegation in my second season.

My reputation is 'regional'...I was just wondering what sort of job I could expect to be successful in an application...because Saints' current manager is 'Local'...so wondered if that may happen?

Also, is Regional, better than Local?

Regional is the next step up from local.

Keep going another year or two and you should be able to get jobs at better clubs.

Being "Regional" at Yeovil, I think the best you can hope for is a job at teams around you in the same league. Maybe not even that high. So I think you'd be best advised to stay where you are for now. If you think you've taken Yeovil as far as you can, maybe see if an established Championship side becomes available, and apply for that.

similarly to your question...i am brighton in the championship, fourth season now, but i am still entered in the first round of the league cup!!!!! surely i am too superior for that round
