I'm playing with Man City and have an enormous amount of injuries lately, literally 3-4 of my core first team players down at any given time (including Elano for 4 months and Petrov for 2!). One will heal, another will get hurt.

I'm starting to think I'm doing something wrong and could correct this. I'm giving my players occasional days off, have a fitness coach and two physios on staff.

Any advice? Thanks.

Make sure your training schedules are no higher than the highest possible on medium. Alter the physical training (the top 2 on each schedule) to ensure they aren't too high too.
