Hi I am newcaste in fmm I have notice quite alot off my new signings are flops, but I kno myself they are good players, I signed Zanetti from juve, and he has been rubbish for me, but he was good in the scout report anyone know why there always rubbish or can recomend a player that is going to be good

I'm afraid it's impossible to predict who is going to be good and who isn't.

The players may not be right for your teams style of play. It takes time for a player to settle and gel with team mates. They may need time to adapt to playing in a different league.

Prime examples of players who looked great at previous clubs are Veron and Forlan...both flops at Man Utd..sometimes you never know how a player will react to that move.

Sometimes its hard to get the best out of players, how long have you given them? New players take time to gel to their new team and surroundings so maybe just give them some more time. If not, get rid!
