Transfer Budget Question

Liverpool approached my in march after firing their manager. I delayed it to the end of the season and signed a 4 year contract (once the season ended) and started out with the 56 million the previous guy hadn't spent. I haven't spent any money but the time when they give you transfer money for the NEW season is about to approach. If I don;t spend the money will it be included in your next budget or will it be gone forever.

They will assign you a new budget. It will be around the same amount if thats what the previous manager had (unless he made a lot of sales).

Also, you will be able to adjust your budget should you need more money.

so basically i should spend all the money before the new transfer market?
