My mate Pauli started a game with a 70 year old manager who turned 71 the day after the game started (pretty much the oldest you can be when the game starts) then went on hoilday all night, and 38 years later he's 108 years old!

I guess your never forced to retire.

Speaking of which, has anyone tried starting as a 5 year old manager...

...it's just there do seem to be alot in the forums who throw the proverbial teddy, so makes sense really.

Not possible. They seem to think that it's unrealistic to have a manager thats too young but they seem to have forgot about an upper age limit. Realistically who would hire a manager thats 108 and probably senile?

Just made me think though...

Sir Alex Ferguson is termed "Wily Old Manager" on FM08. I'm wondering if a 108 year old would be termed "Senile and Incontinent Old Manager".

i dont like the fact you have to start as a 30 year old on fm, i wanna be a teenage manager
