It does iritate me though that I can reach the semi final of the CL and win the Scottish domestic treble yet still be told the board are extremely unhappy that I lost a meaningless game to Celtic (after the league was won) by a couple of goals or so. If I've already won the league I give youngsters a go.
Yeah, FM2008 really doesn't reward the tinkerer or the Wenger-style manager who is willing to give youngsters a go or chop and change their team. Confidence needs to be toned down & in less detail - it's not necessary to have it on a game-by-game basis.
