Playing as Napoli, it's July 2009, and I select the minimum target for the season. I am given 1m/week in wages and ~40m in transfer money.
20 days later, the only player I acquired was a loan for a 20k fee and 8k/w wages. And yet, I only have 14m transfer money, and 409k/w wage money available. That's what I had last season's budget IIRC (not 100% sure), where did the money go?
I have some monthly installments to pay but they do not account for a 20m hole in my transfer budget, and it doesn't explain why my wage bill is half what I agreed with the board.
I never ran into these issues in the previous seasons, but during the 2008-2009 season I did something that I hadn't done before, I used budget adjustment to turn wage money into transfer money. Is there a bug associated with this element of the game? I need to know so I don't bother continuing, because if board expectations keep rising and I'm stuck with the same money, it's not going to work out.
