WinRAR only? Why should it matter if it is a ZIP or a RAR file They all decompress to the same files.
XP has built in support for unzipping ZIP files. It's actually more of a hasstle if things are RAR in my opinion.

radestock is right about XP having built in support for Zip files. At the very least do a google search for ZipGenius as that handles Zips and Rar files amongst other things and it's completely free with no time limits.
