I used to use Cappuccino, as it had nice colours and ascetic design. Now I use Meditate with the Comic Sans font - it is dark and easier on my eyes.

I find its eye-friendly. Some of the others are harsher and bolder which seems to play merry hell with my contact lenses.

I use the metallic 2006 left skin with my own customisations.

I use it because everything is where you'd expect it to be (except for the envelope button, which I've moved to be up by the top continue button). I've also changed the background to be a black/chalk board and have changed the attributes colours to be green (great) yellow (good) orange (average) red (bad) - it makes it far more colourful and far easier to tell (at a glance) how good a player is.

I've also added a few custom views to the team screen (added an assists coloumn to the selection view) and several to the tactics view (set piece takers, captaincy and player form).

I use Turnstyle 06. I felt the default skin made the game feel too much like FM05 so I downloaded a new one, which I don't normally bother doing.

Turnstyle 06; it's is bright, modern looking and stylish. It livens up the whole look of the game and takes a rather boring looking skin by comparison, Metallic (although I still prefer this to the other two that were included on the FM 2006 CD which were, to be blunt, awful) and makes it a far more enjoyable game to look at and play.

It's nothing to do with the skins functionality, it's more to do with the way it looks and from a purely aesthetic sense Turnstyle 06 has it all.

It really must be included on the disc with FM 2007 if the issues about using Wembley as the stadium as the background pic on the menbar can be resolved or an equally stylish alternative stadium used in it's place.

Everything seems to fit on the screen easily such as a first team sqaud of 25 players for example whereas with the nearest competitor, Aurora, it doesn't do this.
