look into sports interactive/football manager2007/ data/ graphics/ pictures/ logos.....then into relevant file i.e. huge, normal etc.

where are you looking? I'm guessing you are looking in you My Documents folder - sports interactive - FM2007 ect... You should look ate My computer - C - Program files - sports interactive - FM 2007 ect.. That is where the files go like Goodey said.
