anyone know how i can shrink the size of a picture of a club badge to fit it into the game?

Photoshop works better, just shriknk to the size reccomended in the instruction sticky in this part of the forum.

If using G.I.M.P. look for tutorials, im more of a learn by use person but go which ever way you want.

Actually you don't really need to.

Player pics and Badges are resized by the game with FM08. Background logos you have to do yourself but as long as your images are in the same ratio they will resize themselves for regular team badges and player pictures.
