Lithuanian FM site which was opened recently has released a patch which enables you to play in Lithuanian league. This patch replaces Slovakian league with Lithuanian league. There will be two leagues - A Lyga (10 teams) and I Lyga (16 teams). After first season 10th placed team gets relegated and 3 teams from I Lyga are promoted so A Lyga is extended to 12 teams. In the second season you'll play 22 matches (2 matches with each team) then first 8 teams play in a group and the top 8 places are decided while bottom 4 clubs are joined by top 4 clubs from I Lyga and plays for relegation/promotion.
Yup Slovakian league was the easiest to adopt to Lithuanian league. That's what creators of this patch said. When they tried other leagues they got database errors. Also there are 10 teams in Lithuanian A league like in Slovakia.
Its not working in my version. I downloaded the Asian league thingy and that worked perfectly, but this one gives an error when I want to start a new game.
Labas, one question, is it normal for the season to be interrupted between Dec/Jan, continuing then in Feb with the last four games remainding to complete the round ? Thanks.
PS: Congratulations to MadBoy. By the way, in Alausas's second post it was clear he wasn't the creator, although I also think he should have asked for permission don't go so hard on him
Hi,
The season break is normal, bear in mind that it's just a whole league system moved from slovakia as there are no normal ways to create a league with normal lithuanian rules, so season break is normal, this patch contains few bugs, but it's still playable, i've had no problems with it. The most notable bug so far is that FBK Kaunas plays in FK Vetra stadium during european competitions. The other bugs include just a minor players contract bugs. To all the lithuanians, if you'd like to ask more ... feel free to do it in your native language in my site http://fm.kis.lt and forum http://fm.kis.lt/forumas
not sure if i can post such links here, but there no point talking in english, when we can do it in our way
