In the editor, there is an attribute called "adaptability". Question : it refers to adaptability to new positions or adaptability to new teams ?

Versatility is for new positions.

Adaptability is for players who move to country with different lifestyle and/or language. Things like "Has not settled in the area" or "is homesick" are common for players with poor Adaptability.
