Hi I am interested in creating different style pitches for matchdays just as a little graphical addition. The problem is I can't seem to find anything to do with the actual pitch in the database, so basically I have two questions: 1) Is it actually possible to create extra pitches. 2)If so, where in the databse would I find the pitches that I could edit?

Can't be done, the pitches are hardcoded in the game itself, not as a skin addon type of thing.

Is the pitch itself not just an image file that can be edited?

No, the pitch is scalable so it's drawn in code so it's not possible to change it's appearance.
