Because its hard-coded into the exe file. If you do attempt to "hack" it to change it, then you ARE BREAKING THE LAW!
Problem here i have downloaded that started New game but i dont see my Premiership season im Liverpool all i see now is Steven's Created leagues but no Premiership fixutes did i do something wrong?

Do you mean, you installed it to your db... then went back to your previous prem game.?
If so, then you need to put an old backup for the original db into that folder. If you do not have one, then simply re-install the 6.0.2 patch.
hey, got through the first season but my game didnt get the matches for the next season? After 10 july the clubs get new players from youth but it didnt make new competition matches? Now iam on 25 aug but there are no matches only friendlies and cup matches?

Very strange, as I have not edited the leagues at all!
It works for me, and everyone else.
It sounds like you have a file cleaner running at the same time. Do you have any "anti-spyware" or file cleanup processes/ programs running? because this is known to cause deletion of temporary files which then cause that to happen, (with any db)?
where does the premiership fixtures go i have downloaded it but no premiership fixtures do i have to backup and start new game can i not start this your league without starting new game Stevens?
