now, i see yours and it seems thats working, so congrats and thanks for your efforts
now, maybe you can answer my questions about my bugged db.
first, i made a world league, but a bit different than yours. indeed, i swapped almost all teams from the 5 big championships (italy, spain, england, france, germany) and from brasil. i put all countries as EU-members, and lowered down the reputation of all the major leagues expected the english ones.
playing the game, i got that "2 matches the same day" bug, but otherwise, it worked fine, no major bugs. BUT, after i completed the first season (i finished 2th in the conference south div. and got the right to go in the superior division), i stayed in the conference south div. and especially there has been never again a new calendar so it was impossible to play anything !
i made my leagues the same than you, it means : unticked country in the div. fields before the swap and re-ticked them after, so it keeps the original countries rules etc...
so, i wonder why my game became impossible to play. Maybe have you some answers
ps: now, i'm gonna check your db and try to see differences. thanks again for your efforts.
| The retain nation trick only works on closed leagues... if they are not closed then the game cannot correctly promote teams from a division lower that the one you have selected as they are not of the nation of the league.

I think that the only "closed" league is Scotland. There there is not need of outofLeagues teams cause in the last division there are no promotions.Thats why nationality retain trick works. But if you do this for england for instance then the game fter season one will start seeking for replacements in the lower conference and not finding any causes a crash!
TODAY is the big day steven.I prepared our network game (swapping teams around) and we will
rock.I will let you know of the progress.
One way or another i am really excited we can at last play a world league of 300++ teams without serious bugs.It will be a real challenge!

| What exactly do you mean by that? Increase the number of players on a sub bench? If so, then its not possible I'm afraid.

And yes, I ran the La Liga which came with 6.0.2 and Real won the league and the European Cup the next year. I was Villerreal so I gave Barce and Real a clear chance to do it.
Nevertheless, I understand that you go by that page. Even so, on paper, Real Madrid are an excellent side and their performance in real life isn't reflected by their computerised counterparts (who generally do very well).
| How do you get this to work, as in the files in a seperate area totally to FM? I also don't like overwriting porgram files!
