Savegame file which has been uploaded at sortitoutsi contains a savegame of all the qualifiers in randomly selected (and difficult) groups. ALL players that have been selected for World Cup in real life feature in the game. Also includes where possible pre-tournament friendlies of teams involved.

Nope, this is an updated world cup savegame which includes as I said above, all the players that have been selected for the WC squads, whereas the asst manager one didn't. Also has the pre-tournament friendlies of the teams involved.

yes but that save game is discussed at the end of that thread. In fact you put it there... there is such a thing as over-advertising.

Err... I thought you said that all of the players selected were those in the world cup, when this is clearly not the case.

for example, rooney is not injured, now is own got a light injury/unfit.

Since when did kirkland, bent, defore, nolan, bently, smith, konchesky, king (should be injured) & woodgate (should be injured) make the sqaud.

A little more work could have been done.

No I didn't, someone posted that some players weren't available for them to be picked in their squads (probably referring to the more obscure players), but after some ddt work, every player who has been selected for their country is available for selection if you take control of that particular national team.

It's impossible to get the CPU to select all the players as in real-life, unless you want to try?
