harchester patch

everytime i install the harchester patch and try to start a new game, it cuts out and says that an error has occurred. can anybody help?

Are you using Patch 6.30

Have you installed it correctly and have you replaced Harchester with another Prem team?

it says that it is fully installed and i usually try n replace teams like sunderland, portmouth, birmingham etc.

when i start a new game it starts to load the game databaseand then says, "a serious error was encountered and the application will close. an error file has been generated" but when i look for the error file it can't be opened
