If you're being picky, it can be 200cm. 6ft 6in.
And both the players should be 18 years old.
And both the stadium, and the club should've been built/founded in 2006.

There you go. Added what you wanted and a random squad with random staff. Should be good fun. Just remember that a 16 year old mostly never get 20 on all those things regardless of potential and ability. Meaning you won't be getting two 16 year olds with all those abilities (unless you are lucky. Anyway... everything you asked for:
