The same for the "Defensive" tactic, except no Forward runs and no run with ball for Fullbacks, and Attacking Mentality for wingers.

I looked carefully my players stats. Decided to implement a diamond formation.
The quality of my players is average, so I was not able to play a technique-based short passing game. Then, to play a quick direct game, I set up a deep defensive line, low closing down for the back four, a hard worker DMC to close down in the middle, wingers running with ball and crosing it to the target man, a creative AMC and a pacy striker. Normal on most of the instructions is the way to go. No contradctory instructions like play defensive and wide, counter attacking and high closing down, etc. The results are there
