How professional is your gk? is he very ambitious? has he peaked? and what is hes PA?.
You could try my schedule;
Strenght is on medium, since a gk dont need high strenght, stamina and natural fitness .
Aerobic is important - reflexes, jumping, pace and acceleration.
Goalkeeping also important - Aerial ability, handling and one on ones.
Tactics is VERY important
imo - command of area, communication, decisions, rushing out, positioning and anticipation!.
Ball control is on medium, since I like my keeper to be able to control the ball with hes feet also

Defending, attacking, shooting and set pieces are not needed for a GK.
