Any tips on what to play in scot div 3

Hi 1st post!
I took over queens park in the scottish 3rd division and am currently in my 3rd season. Won 3rd division with 5games to play and qualified from the playoffs in division 2 as soon as i got promoted which I was delighted with as I was expecting a relegation battle. Sitting 7th in 1st division at the mo drawing games more than losing. I've played a 4 4 2 through out with attacking wingers and one defensive and one attacking central midfielders, this has worked the trick. The key to my success lies in 2 signings: Paul Lunan and Steve McGlinchey. Absolutely outstanding players. McGlinchey was top scorer by miles in 3rd division and was also top scorer in 2nd division. Has scored nearly 100 goals in just 2 and half years and only gets £85 a week.ha ha.
