Hey guys,
I need urgent help, i got 3 young starlets who i've trained after trying different methods and failing as i didnt know how to train up kids.
I got 3 young kids.
- 1 kid is 18 years old, i loaned him to league 2 club when he was 17 for a year he got alot of games 30+ now league one club wants him no championship clubs on loan, is it worth investing into players to club to league two at 17, league one at 18, championship club at 19-21 will they eventually become quality premiership clubs given they get good amount of games or will they just become decent players who will become fringe.
- I got a 17 year old kid in my squad, his exceptional high stats he got called up to under 21's already, touted as the next superstar in the game a championship club wants him and im thinking of loaning him as he will get guaranteed 1st team until his 18-19, reason is i've got micah richards, sergio ramos and vincent company so central defence roles is well covered as i have other players who can play in central defence as secondary role.
Is it worth loaning players this way for them to get games under their belts to eventually put them into 1st team for europe etc,???
So the loaning option isnt great err. I can't manage to train every excellent youth that comes thru every year i wonder what the big clubs like Man U or Liverpool or great training clubs like Man City/Tottenham do IRL : - /
loan out players, because I think A.I. training methods aren't that great...
I believe that sending out players on loan increases their invisible stats, such as consistency, big games, ability to handle pressure, etc... while they don't get the visible stat boost from lower class training. So I usually try to have an equal amount of both.. 1 year for both works well.
