I have briefly mentioned this previously. When giving player instructions I find that I am only able to give the instruction to the position rather than to the player. This could mean that I may have to change the instruction if I have to change the team.
E.G. I have a full back with high raings in dribbling, so he can do RWB a lot! Now, he gets injured and his replacement can only dribble like myself if I can't get my own way!!! There is not much point in putting him on RWB, as he will probably cause more trouble than enough.
If I could issue player instructions to the players based upon their attributes, at the start of a new game, they could then be saved and used as and when! Changing the team would no longer mean checking that all the players have their correct instructions. Kind regards to all.

Player Instructions......Other opinions please. Post #2
This has been mentioned many times before as a flaw in the player instructions. Most people will not alter instructions for each player as it is too much trouble every time you use a substitute or replace due to injury. Just make sure that your instrucyions are tailored to your usual player and I dont think there will be too much trouble with replacements.
