I know this answer might be through the lengthy forums but could sumbody summarize really quickly for me the best team talks before and in the middle of the game . I am losing a lot of games bcuz of this.

It can depend hugely on the individual mentalities of your players. I rarely have one that I use for everyone at the same time. I always single out a few and tell them what I know they want to hear or what I know will spark a performance out of them.
