can some one help, ive looked through the forums about team talks, but its all what to say at half-time or full-time, what do you say before match starts??? as i keep losing lol

depends on the personality of your players but I found it was really just a case of trial and error.

did you know theres a page somewhere where you can view your players reaction to your talks. have a look around the assistant manager page or somewhere like that. or skim the manual for the exact location.

What I do is if its a game I want to win I usually find that encouragement works. Giving the team confidence to go out there and go for it. I usually say "you can win this game" before they go out. this usually psyches the players up but sometimes if you have some unconfident players they might feel the pressure and poo their pants before they even get out there. but ive found most players end up going for it.

If its a game that im not expecting to win but stil want them to perform I just wish them luck for the game ahead. sometimes even just tell them the presures off.

again it all depends on your players stats. if they work well under pressure then it doesnt matter. if they buckle under pressure then telling them you expect them to go out and beat Man Utd away from home will probabaly bring them to tears.
