I have managed to bring Anderson Silva to Hull City in the January transfer window. All his contract requests have been met and he duly signed.

He has played every match, six, in his favoured position. Now he has a "sit" alongside his name. he says, "is willing to remain at the club", "feels he was brought to the club under false pretences" and "is considering his options". Alongside manager promises it reads "none". I know what "sit" means.

What does it all mean? All interpretations, etc, welcomed with interest.

sounds like maybe you bought him, then quickly changed his squad status... maybe from Key Player to First Teamer?
