When ever i sign a young player, Georgino Wijnimoum, Henri Saivet etc, they never want to come but i eventually get them, however when i sign them i cant tutor them with any player, its just not an option, any ideas?

Do you mean you physically cannot do it or that your coaches don't tell you the best player to tutor them?

Loan them out for experience if that's the case, must be a bug, report it in the Bugs Forum if I were you.

When you sign them, do you offer them a key role/first team role or back up?

If so click on there profile, on transfer bit, and change it to Hot prospect etc.

Now you should be able to tutor them.

(this works all the time for me, evan with Pato at milan)
