Okay so I picked up some key signings in my first season and once my team settled we clinched the BSP title with 3 matches left.

My squad already has some players mentioned here and I will list them. I need to compete in LG2 but I can't spend too much on fees or salaries. (no more than 5-8K on fees at one time or 800-1000 a week on salaries) Help me find some people who are really good, out of contract, or really cheap that would come to a LG2 side.

Already aquired -
Joe Tillen AML (he and Cole split time at ML)
Sheku Kamara DM (plays great but needs more stamina)
Colin Nicholson GK (I overpaid salary for him but he is my keeper for many more years to come but also one of the reasons I am loosing money)
Liam Atkin DRC (I am not convinced he will make it in League 2 and Lawrie Wilson is pushing him hard for the DR spot)
Steven Reilly DL (Again he played well in BSP but I am not convinced he will hack it in LG2)

That is it for my previously carried out permanent signings - I was able to set up a parent team with Arsenal (hated to do it as a Spurs fan but my only other option was Fulham bleck) I had some key and not so key loans during year 1 especially at MC (Henri Lansbury) and ST Rhys Murphy.

Help me figure out who to purchase this offseason so I can compete in LG2 and hope to squeak into a promotion slot again!!!

Also any general advice about what to do when gaining promotion from lower leagues would be helpful. I have played this game alot as Spurs the last 4-5 years but have never really gotten in to lower leagues until now so my experience is only limited to the premier league for the most part.

Go to Arsenal for loans again, your best option and try Danny Crow, Poor stats but got me 17 goals for Darlington and Kevin McBride is amazing if you can get him.

Any additional advice...

Kevin McBride looks class for Lower Leagues but I am not sure how I will pry him away from Darlington after the year he had last season. He has like a 18 for passing which is amazing for a league 2 guy!

If you can, try and loan Kelvin Etuhu from man city .He scored 50 goals in one season when I was Rochdale in League Two
