Just taken over at Liverpool 3 games before the end of the season and have been given 24m to spend. I presume that FM08 is like previous versions of FM in that if I don't spend that now, it will not automatically be added to my funds for next season?
Cos I've also been offered 20m for Sissoko, who I want to sell anyway. Wondering should I let him go now, or will that just be 20m I will never see in my transfer funds, so I should wait until nxt season starts up and then sell him?

No, your current seasons left-over funds will not be transferred to next season. However, it doesn influence what kind of budget you get next season. You'll probably get a better budget than if you spend it all now. You might not see the whole amount but I dont think you'll notice unless you want to make 3-4 big name signings.
And yes, I'd take that offer for Sissoko. Its too good to turn down and too good to run the risk of refusing now and getting half of it later.
