I want to manage a team in league 2 that is a challenge. The team needs to have the following things.

20k+ starting budget
5000+ stadium seats
Not in fincial trouble
Decent squad

Carlisle united, although im not sure what the transfer budget is like.

you have a decent chance of getting promoted after one to two years and the team is decent, if you snap up a few players on frees and get in some loan players from feeder clubs or manutd (campbell, lee, dong, etc..)
