Your question in the post is quite broad, and having played numerous saves with numerous outcomes, it would take hours for me to list players linked.
Suffice to say, you can get some good results from tutoring, specifically regarding playar traits that you see when you look at a players "Positions" screen.
Once a player has finished being tutored by one senior player, you can always have them tutored by another. I once had a youngster who managed to pick up all the player traits of Tevez, Rooney and Ronaldo at Man Utd. Needless to say, he went on to be a fantastic player.
It's usually best to link a youngster with a senior player of the same mentality, so they both "get along".
Sometimes though, you get a youngster who complains that they're not learning anything from the senior and it can cause friction in the squad and between the two players. When this happens, I try to loan the youngster out for a few months until things blow over.
Hope this helps a little.

No, I'm quite sure he was saying "[i know this is a] silly question, but how do u go about tutoring"
... inferring that perhaps others might find it obvious, but this user does not.

| I don't think talhak understood you. In order to do tutoring you have to go to the player interaction screen. Try to match the youngster up with a senior player of like mentality and hopefully you will be successful.
