Cause he is a pacey striker, he manages to get many one on one goal oportunities! 7-8+ per match! Sometimes even 10+! But he misses ALL!!!

Rarely he scores from long shot! After a while i made a special training for him, with attacking and shooting to intensive!

What f**k is wrong with this guy??? He is driving me nuts!

had the same problem when i bought him on first save, all he seems to do is blast it over the bar. will never buy him again

Well i don't know what you lot are doing wrong because in my game in January he had scored 35 in 23 and had an average of 8.32.

I got him to score 25 in about 30 games when playing him as lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 formation. at thend of the season Chelsea offered £20million.

Martins for me usually guarantees at least 20 goals a season so I dunno what to say lol

I play the same formation and Martins has been tearing it up for my newcastle team as well.

He is a goal-machine for me... Forward Runs and run with the ball option must be ticked... If you have a creative midfielder, he must score loads...
