for every version of CM after the final patch/data update, i would usually choose the lowest team in the english league that does not have a manager. for instance 03/04, 4.1.2 i chose cheltenham and am working my way up.

Are scarborough geordies? I'd especially like a geordie team. (I rang my mate in Newcastle for advice and he admitted he does not really follow the conference sides)

I also tried google, as per rekwob's suggestions. "geordie teams in the conference." Not much help.. will try to redefine my search...
