I agree. I'm with Cowdenbeath in Scots D3 in my seconseason after narrowly missing out on promotion last season by 15 points and three places.I'm currently half way through the season and in the top three in a bit of a battle, I feel quite proud of myself in doing so too. Makes a change from being fired after 6 months, anyway.

I was offered a job in the English Conference and rejected that because they were 17th or something, but then was offered a job in English D3, which I thought was a step up, so rejected that too. If I get Cowdenbeath promoted, then get the same offer, I would take it. Maybe.
