The Reputation increases as your success increases. It's a lot slower in the CM4 series than it was in CM3, and all the better for it LLM-wise.

It depends, LLM goals are different for everyone, so plaqyers want to go from bottom to top with one club others well play with various clubs and stay in the lower leagues, it's up to you to set your own goals and play your game.

My personal goal for every save is to not get sacked in the first season.

My goal (once 4.1.4 comes out grrrr ) will be to try & take Woking all the way to the prem & I'll do it no matter how many blasted seasons it takes!!

My second goal is to restore Coventry back to glory! Though as of yet I have never been good enough to be offered a job by such a good club
