Noticed that CM is just like real life; it's favouring the bigger clubs. In my current 16 year career with FC Sud Tirol - Alto Adige I have appealed against every ban imposed to one of my players. Never had much succes.
And now the last 3 years, after I got the club up a few leagues (functional bragging ) I do have bans revoked, not one, not two but already 5 bans!
Even bans where I didn't expect it for one moment since the comment was quite clear that it was a serious offence.
More llama's noticed this or is this just a very big coincidence in my game?
Can't say that I appeal every one - only those that I'm unhappy about. If I appealed everyone I'd expect the FA would get pĂ*ssed off and say no automatically.

I believe that behaviour is programmed into the game.
I also only appeal when I feel that it was unfair. I.e. almost everytime, unless it was something like a headbutt or a bodycheck or punching the referee.
I tend to appeal when the ref's had a difficult game, i.e. a match where there's been a few disallowed goals, penalty appeals and that sort of thing. Usually allied with a complaint about the ref, and I find I can often get bans revoked whatever the club's reputation is.
I always used to appeal if the ref had a rubbish average rating, but since I've yet to find that stat in 03/04 (if it even exists), I just fine my players.
Except that one guy who all my squad like.
