I'd like to appeal against my Yellow Card on the grounds of inconsistency from the referee. Or did he just not seen whats been going on for days.

Harsh by any standards and abusive in itself.
And whats this 3 month duration all about for saying that the warning was a bit unfair.

You've already had it upgraded for "whinning", learn when to stop. No point arguing the right or wrong of it, just keep quiet and take it on the chin.
It has no effect on you other than watching your mouth (fingers?) for a while.
