Since there is no way to scout them what is the appropriate LLM way? Would I have to poach them from other loacal squads or is using the staff list and signing only managers with reputations the same as yourself (very poor to start) or unproven allowed?

Everything else I'm cool with just curious about this...

Its OK, you can use the staff lists to hire your backroom staff. As for their reputation, you'd probably find that only the worse of the poor would want to sign for you initially anyway...

I'm not too sure what the "official" viewpoint is on this, but you're probably better off just using the Player/Staff search screen. Maybe if you know of a local non-league club to your club's area it wouldn't be too unrealistic pinching one of their scouts.

Well, this one hasn't been covered before now has it?? Try reading old posts?! :p But, to answer your question....its up to you based on how seriously you take to the guidelines...so if you feel wrong using a staff search then don't - and vice versa,but if it really is affecting your team then it would be worth it!

thanks guys... I've decided on allowing myself to use the staff guide but only searching out unemployed to hire that way. Any others I will try to poach from clubs (within reason though SWYCT rules and all).

Oh and Iskra, I went through the LLM guide and purused around a bit on the forum, I'm sur ethis had already been covered but didn't see anything on it in the bit I looked...
